Activations – Once paperless billing has been activated, the next bill you receive from Ed’s Garage, Inc. will be electronic. Ed’s Garage, Inc. reserves the right to approve or deny your request to receive electronic bills. You will be notified by email of your activation.
Notification: Ed’s Garage, Inc. will send you an email notification to the email address listed for your account to notify you of a new electronic statement. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your email address is accurate. In the event you do not receive notification, it is your sole responsibility to log onto the Ed’s Garage, Inc. website periodically to view your current account balance. If you fail to receive your electronic statements, please contact us. You agree to hold Ed’s Garage, Inc., any of its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents or affiliates harmless should the company fail to deliver notification of your electronic statement(s). You remain responsible for the timely payment of your bills regardless of whether you are provided an electronic statement.
Dispute Resolution- Any discrepancies or disputes over the accuracy of your electronic statement detail must be addressed by contacting us. This agreement does not alter any of your liabilities or obligations that exist currently between you and Ed’s Garage, Inc. Ed’s Garage, Inc. is not responsible or liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary punitive or other damage related to your use of electronic billing.
