Daily Market Pricing

Automatic Delivery

Automatic delivery customers will be provided with a blue door hanger envelope and yellow invoice at the time of delivery. Customers can use this blue envelope to remit their payment. Payments can also be made online through our customer portal or over the phone. Payment is due within 10 days of delivery with the exception of customers on the Budget Plan.

Will Call Delivery

Payment is due prior to or at the time of delivery for will call customers with the exception of customers on the Budget Plan.

Auto Pay

Provide your credit or debit card information to be charged automatically after any delivery or service.  Contact our customer service representatives at 860-546-9492 to enroll.

Budget Plan

Take the unpredictability out of heating your home with our Budget Payment Plan. Customers who have at least one year’s worth of credit history and fuel oil usage with us are eligible to participate in this plan.

  • Our Budget Plan allows customers to pay a set amount each month with no interest added to their balance. The budget amount is calculated based upon your oil usage during the past heating oil season and today’s estimated market price. Payment amounts may be increased or decreased depending on the market price per gallon. Please note, the budget plan covers only fuel purchases. Furnace Cleaning or Service Plan expenses can be bundled into the payment amount upon request.

  • Spread over eleven months, the Budget Plan begins annually each September and concludes the following July. Any remaining balances at the end of the plan are due in full in August.  Payments are due each month regardless of whether or not you’ve received a delivery that month. Skipped payments will result in removal from the plan.

  • We do not include any past due balances in the budget payment amounts. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before the start of the program in September. On the other hand, all credit balances will be carried forward to the next budget season to reduce your budget payment.

  • Set your budget account for auto pay and e-billing! Provide your debit or credit card information to automatically charge your payment on your designated date. Contact our customer service representatives to enroll.

The following discounts are available to automatic or will-call customers who are filling their tanks. Automatic delivery requested “Top Offs” or will-call minimum deliveries are not eligible. In order for your will-call delivery to qualify, your delivery must meet our minimum discount requirement of 125 gallons.

  • Senior Discount – Available to senior citizens 65 and older.

  • Volume Discount: Available to customers with multiple tanks or large capacity tanks.

Referral Program

Refer your friends and reap the rewards! For each friend referred who chooses automatic delivery, you will receive a $25 account credit to be used towards future oil deliveries, furnace cleanings or service. The credit will be applied to your account only after your referral has received and paid for two deliveries.
